My qualifications include being a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). I am also a licensed Radon Measurement Professional through the State of Minnesota, a Certified Indoor Air Consultant through the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2), and a Certified Commercial Property Inspector through CCPIA. In addition to having extensive training and experience in all components of a home, I am required to complete many hours of continuing education each year in order to maintain my licensing and association memberships.
